After losing family members I know how hard it is to come to terms with your loss and grief which can bring depression and anxiety. Sometimes people self-medicate with drugs alcohol or food, this is where I can help you and identify and work on these or any issues you maybe experiencing.

I am married with grown up children, love animals and meeting people. Originally form Essex move to Suffolk in 2013, with my husband and westie.

I studied at Strode College in Somerset and Redlands Training Centre in Bournemouth, gaining CPCAB Diploma's in Therapeutic Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. (CBT) Levels 4 and 5.

I volunteered with Exeter Drug Project, in Weymouth, where I worked with the families of clients with addiction issues. In Turning Point in Yeovil, I worked with clients with drug and alcohol addictions and in the Balsam Centre in Wincanton, where I worked with individuals experiencing on going poor mental health and clients with learning disabilities.

Being committed to my continue personal development and undertake regular training and workshops.

I am a registered Member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and Accredited with The National Counselling Society and abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have an enhanced DBS and am fully insured. I receive on going supervision, one of the requirements of the societies.
